So we all know that the colour mint is a cool, fresh colour, representative of spring and symbolizes rebirth. But there’s no rule that says mint cannot be worn in winter, so today I decided to wear a few shades of mint as seen by my adorable mint mini skirt and pointed-spiked kitten heels. In reality this is a very spring inspired outfit but I chose to wear it due to the lack of cold weather we’ve been experiencing in Johannesburg. But I would recommend wearing an outfit like this during the day when the sun is at its peak and if circumstances require a lovely white or mint coat would be the perfect cover-up to complete your winter look.

I’m absolutely loving this amazing pair of Strut24 heels called Ayesha, they are an inspired product of the Valentino rockstud pointed patent heels. I really appreciate and love the fact that Yasmeen did not do an exact replica of the Valentino’s but used it as an inspiration to create something really beautiful. What sets the Ayesha apart from the Valentino’s and all other replicas out there is its pyramid stud detailing on the heels, which to me makes it uniquely and fiercely chic.
