I find the above mentioned quote very fitting as I celebrate my birthday and the start of a new year. Opening my eyes to the realization that 2015 is my year of personal and professional growth, finding balance between work and family as well as finding inner peace and being overall harmonious.
I decided a weekend getaway was in order to celebrate my birthday, we stayed at a beautiful Hotel in Rustenburg called the Royal Marang Hotel. Literally everywhere I looked all I saw was beautiful green plantation, which was the inspiration for this little birthday ensemble. I wanted to blend-in with the beautiful scenery as well as celebrate my birthday on a positive note. By surrounding myself with all things green I became engulfed in a sanctuary away from the stresses of modern living, restoring me back to a sense of well-being.
