Today’s look post has been inspired by this summer’s head-to-toe colour trend, so instead of colour-blocking with two different colours you can wear one colour from head-to-toe. You can match your lipstick, clothing items, accessories, shoes, handbag and even your nail polish. Personally I feel this is a really elegant way of wearing colour which is less noisy and busy compared to colour blocked outfits, when done right. The colour does not necessarily have to be bright you can go for pastels, nudes, all black or white, it is all about what colour you love and feel comfortable in. I’m wearing head-to-toe cobalt blue as seen in my crop top, pencil skirt, envelope clutch and pointed courts. I’m completely obsessed with cobalt blue it’s such a rich, bold and beautiful colour which can be styled in so many ways. Toward the end of the post you’ll notice I’ve added my fuchsia blazer worn as a cap which is optional depending on the weather. I personally added the blazer because I love the combination of fuchsia and cobalt, they just go together beautifully.
