Hi Newhipsters

Today I am wearing a denim on denim combination accessorized with black & gold accessories. This is a very simple, casual and comfortable outfit that could be worn for running errands, shopping or just basically any day event. I can guarantee you’ll be comfortable and cool especially with the extreme heat we experience in summer. I love all the individual details of the outfit and would like to elaborate on them further, just keep scrolling……

My denim shirt is from Woolworths. I love this shirt for its colour, I have always wanted a dark blue denim shirt and was thrilled to find this one. I also love the texture of the shirt, the fabric is so thick and soft, Woolworths never disappoints when it comes to delivering items of great quality.
My denim shorts are from Mr Price and I must take my hat of to them for they have really produced a pair of great denim cut-offs. The colour, texture and fit is absolutely perfect as well as all the distressed details.

I love how well my denim shirt and shorts go together the different shades of blue really compliment each other.

My accessories today consists of a black shoulder bag with gold studs from Woolworths. I love this bag for it’s elegant and chic but with an element of edge too.

These suede strap cork heeled platforms from Zara compliment my bag perfectly for it also has an element of edge and elegance with the gold details found on the inside of the heels. These platforms are extremely high but are incredibly light and comfortable too. It almost feels like I have nothing on my feet when wearing them, I absolutely love these platforms they provide just the right amount of height and posture you need from a platform.

My sunglasses are from YDE and perfectly match my handbag and shoes as seen by their black and gold frame. A bold lip is always a great way to compliment denim, I choose my favourite lip colour right now from MAC cosmetics it’s called lady danger.

My last gold detail is my gorgeous look-alike Michael Kors watch from Cotton on.
