I think it’s pretty obvious why I choose red as my title today. Everything about today’s outfit screams red-hot, fiery, passion with a hint of strength and positivity. I absolutely love everything about this look, it’s always fun to play around with bold colours such as the colour red.

Today’s outfit is definitely a warmer one due to the fact that we have been experiencing rather cold weather in Johannesburg lately. The stars of my outfit today is my lovely red flare pleated midi skirt and my Celine inspired red Blackcherry trapeze bag. Because the two are such classic, elegant pieces, I decided to put together a look to complement the two. I opted for a classic polo neck because the polo neck is a classic winter staple and it just gives any look that element of class, finished off with a pair of black courts paired with ankle-highs to keep warm of course. I added a few leather pieces as seen by my pretty bow leather gloves and leather biker to keep the overall look edgy, fresh and youthful.
