I recently went thrift shopping with a very good friend of mine and came across this check printed cocoon blazer. When I saw the blazer it immediately reminded me of the Oscar de la Renta spring/summer 2014 ready-to-wear collection, check it out here.
This blazer is definitely one of those versatile items that could easily be styled up or down, today I went for a more casual-chic everyday look. I love how adding a statement piece to a rather simple look can add that extra element of style and glam and take your look to a whole other level, and that is exactly what the blazer helped me achieve today.

Hi Crystal. :) I really like your style and I like how you style clothes from accessible stores like Mr Price etc. It just shows it’s not how expensive your clothes are, it’s about how you carry yourself in them. Yes I never buy clothes based on a price tag I’m all about finding quality items that best represent me as an unique individual.
Unfortunately I got the purse at one of those flea market/thrift store type of places in East gate, and there was only one left in its color and style.
