IMG_3217Last year’s ELLE Rising Star in association with Mr Price Winner Nick Coutts has launched his capsule collection for Mr Price.

IMG_3218Nick’s capsule collection features pastels versus metallics, simple silhouettes with edge and sports luxe versus sophistication. Nick’s collection is definitely in line with some of the major current trends, from the pastel and metallic colours to the scuba fabric and pleated textures not to mention my favourite the overall minimalistic edge of the complete collection. After seeing and reading about the collection in the September issue of ELLE magazine I immediately feel in love with the entire collection, everything about it speaks to my current style.

IMG_3220Today I’m wearing a pastel blue two-piece set from the capsule collection. I absolutely love this two-piece , it is one of those sets that could easily be separated and styled with other items which many would do, but to me there’s just something really special about the set together. These days I’m really into minimal, effortless and easy dressing, and it does not get any better than two-piece sets. On it’s own a two-piece is quite a statement so it’s important to not over accessories your look, let your two-piece be the star of the show. IMG_3366
