New Hipster

I love drawing inspiration from various aspects of my life, whether it may be from my surroundings, to people, places, runways, magazines or in this case TV shows. I absolutely enjoy re-watching some of my favourite TV series, particularly love going back to the very beginning where it all started. I’m currently watching Gossip Girl and I’m now well on my way into season 3. Gossip Girl is definitely one of those shows that will forever be remembered for their amazing fashion. Today’s ensemble has definitely got me feeling like an Upper East Side Preppy, from my well-coordinated ensemble to the “rich” fabric of my little skirt and oh so fabulous leather jacket. I absolutely love every piece in today’s look, it’s one of those looks that could easily be carried through from season to season. I’m completely obsessed with the embroidered patterns on this white shirt from La Manche, this is definitely a great way to spice-up an old classic. Jacket / La Manche
