IMG_4452IMG_4350I have definitely been feeling like a ‘girl gone wild’ thanks to my ever-growing #UrbanSafari trend inspired closet. Embracing the trend has allowed me to feel a lot more adventurous and wild. It is as if I’m actually on Safari in the concrete jungle that is our city.

The #UrbanSafari trend is all about looking fierce, adventurous and quite unique in a city-sea of black and grey. It’s all about embracing warm earthy tones, opting for comfort, and experimenting with bold, wild prints. IMG_4446I’m pretty sure I’ve made mention of this before, but I honestly do love wearing versatile clothing. I know there are many people who don’t see clothing as an investment, but I do! Finding a classic, versatile piece that can be styled in many different ways, saves you money and tones of closet space.

Today I’m wearing a soft utility anorak jacket as a dress. This is where the versatility aspect of the garment comes in. It of course, can be worn as a jacket, dress or top. It’s all about how you choose to wear the garment on the day, or how you feel like interpreting it.
IMG_4438IMG_4355I love wearing accessories that add character to my ensemble, and leopard print does just that. Wearing animal print instantly gives you a more bold, adventurous look.IMG_4432IMG_4439 2IMG_4434
